ORORO Rechargeable Battery/Power Bank 7.4v 5200mAh for Heated Jackets, Heated Hoodies and Heated Vests

I purchased this in January 2020. Now that it has got cold I went to charge the battery and it will not charge. It is beyond the time frame to return it and I cannot contact the seller. Any suggestions?

It meets it's purpose, however there is one huge problem with the battery, recharging takes forever... You can use a quick charge brick and a premium cable, but it will do little with how quick this battery can charge. This is because there is a beer conservative safety limiter on the amount of amps that the batteries will get while charging. If you're on the go and need to charge a battery quick, you're out of luck with this battery since it'll need to be stuck to the wall all day. Even with a secondary battery this is still a bummer

The description of the product states "Universal Travel Adapter: Travel anywhere thanks to this compact design with a foldable US plug and interchangeable EU & UK plugs. 100V-240V worldwide voltage. (100V-240V/ac)" but I did not receive a charger. Way overpriced for a battery pack especially missing the charger?

I bought these as second batteries for our heated jacket and vest - bought 2. I wanted to be able to charge both and have available for use out an about for length of time. I love the vest and jacket but was expecting to be able to charge at same time as original. I need to buy another cord to do so tho. Otherwise happy with them. Able to heat the vest for several hours.

While the vest that this battery goes with works well, the battery is almost useless. Even on low setting, it does not last for more than an hour. Not worth the price; I wish I could return both batteries and the vest I bought as an hour does not work for a day of hunting or ice fishing. So disappointed.

Loving my Ororo Electric Jacket. Bought an extra battery so I can go all night if needed.

Nothing to dislike here. I have the best brand best and adding a second battery is something that can leave me warm all day and night. My workdays can last over 19 hours and having the ability to have one in my vest while the other charges has been a lifesaver all winter. Highly recommend adding a second battery for anyone on the go.

I bought this battery for py partner to use in her Ororo vest during a trip to the Antarctic Peninsula in March, 2020. She was never without heat during our two week trip. It worked as expected as did the vest. The battery added negligible weight to vest.
