Tefal Slimforce Plus Hand Blender With Mini Chopper & Whisk

Great bit of kit for making soups and burger mix. Nicely aerated egg for omelettes too. This is what I use it for.Yesterday I tried the chopping attachment with onions, with some doubts. Delighted to say it chops well too.The only reason for 4 stars is that it seems little different in terms of power to my old Braun blender which is rated at half the wattage.I bought one in a damaged box but perfect condition so I feel that I got an even better bargain.I can't imagine it can completely substitute for a food processor but there you are looking at much more money for a good one. All I can say is it does what I need efficiently and quickly and its easy to wash. The shaft is also metal so doesn't suffer staining unlike the plastic Braun. Well recommended.

Works well for making a quick smoothy, which is what I've used it for most. It's a solid item, and I like the grip, allowing you to put pressure onto whatever you're blending if needed without too much effort. It's quite a nice looking item too, much nicer in the kitchen than the white plastic blenders. Seems solid too, I think you'd have to try pretty hard to break it. Pretty much what I'd expect from Tefal.

The Tefal slimforce plus hand blender with mini chopper and blender was not impressive. Found the on/off switch at the top of the handle difficult. The chopper was more like a blender, it mushed up the food.

Excellent product, exactly what we wanted, has enough add-ons to be useful, not too many so that some just sit in the cupboard unused

Simple, no nonsense blender that is more than enough for our needs. Free from confusing and unnecessary whistles & bells
