So Easy to Fit
Very easy to fit, only took about a minute. No tools needed, other than scissors to open the packaging. Insulation hatch now insulated. Would recommend.

Best for drop down hatches.
My hatch cover is hinged down as part of a loft ladder assembly. The insulation edges are too thick to go in the gap between the hatch and the frame, so to make it work I needed to staple the edges back to the approximate size of the gap. That means on a drop down hatch it is really only improving the insulation of the loft hatch itself, not sealing the gap around the hatch. You will have to rely on draught seal for that.

Very effective
Very easy to fit. Highly effective in keeping my hallway warmer.

Supposedly easy fit, and simple to use. No.
Doesn't fit, gets in the way when you close the lid and either stops the hatch locking or jams the mechanism. Wouldn't recommend for a drop down hatch as I will need to use with a ladder to close the hatch - despite having a loft ladder in situ - might as well have bought a chunk of foam or insulation board (easier and cheaper). Nice idea, shame it doesn't work as well as it claims.

Good air flow
We installed an extra 200mm of insulation in our roof, the first winter we found condensation building up on the roof felt. I have installed 20 of these as low down as possible between the eave. It has increased air flow nicely through the loft space. They are a bit pricey but an easy solution for condensation

They do insulate, don’t stick though
We stapled ours to our loft doors and it’s def warmer but they wouldn’t stick with the tape it comes with. Good product, probably slightly overpriced!

Terrible
I had high hopes for this judging by the mostly good reviews. However, it’s complete rubbish. Doesn’t fit snugly at all and there’s gaps all the way around the hatch. There’s no way to adjust it either unless you stay in the loft, close the hatch from the inside and then remain in the loft until you actually need to go in the loft again. I might as well have sellotaped a Pound Shop cushion to the hatch instead.
