I bought this to replace a Nutone ventilator blower fan that had gone out of balance after I had already bought a slightly cheaper one on Amazon that did not fit and had to be returned (same specs for both). This one fit perfectly and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. The other one was made in China and could not be mounted on the motor shaft--this one snapped on immediately and securely. Highly recommended.

My parent's bathroom fan was making a horrid noise. Dad took the motor and blower wheel out and discovered the plastic on the blower wheel had split at the motor shaft after 20 years. The motor was good, so we looked for a new blower wheel. This item had good reviews and matched the OE number I had looked up. I easily installed it the next weekend and all is good. The design of the shaft clamp is superior to the old one. It fit in our fan and works great. I suggest you lookup the OE part number using your fan's model number and also confirm the dimensions are correct. If you don't you will likely order a wheel that doesn't fit and be disappointed.

My house was built in 1978, and the original bathroom exhaust fan motor is still running strong after all these years. The only issue was that the old fan blade had cracked over time, so I needed a replacement. I found this one and decided to give it a try. While the plastic isn’t quite as thick or heavy-duty as the original from the late ’70s, it fit perfectly onto the old motor and worked just fine once installed. For a simple replacement part, it does exactly what it’s supposed to. Overall, I’d give it four stars. It’s not quite the same quality as the original, but it works well and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to extend the life of their old exhaust fan without replacing the entire unit.

Quality? Looks to be pretty strong. Materials? Appears to be nylon, or something equally strong and damage resistant. (trust me, I tied). Easy fit? Yes. No 'grub' / locking screw involved. If you are replacing an older metal blower wheel, this will be easier to put on, as long as you align the flat side of the shaft with the flat side of the hole ins the wheel. Advice: read each an ever part of the sellers product details. You MUST know your fan's model number. My 30 year old fan has it stamped into the steel. This one does not fit my fan. I did not read the product details. I did not know my fan's model number. This part is just slightly too large to fit the hole in my fan box. I failed. However, if your model number is in the list of supported products in the description, then you should be good to go. If it is not, then you are going to need to look for something else. Don't try and modify the wheel to try and make it fit. You will weaken it and throw it out of balance. Don't try and modify your fan box to make it fit, unless you know exactly how to do it safely and correctly. You will introduce more problems if you try. At this price, it is just not worth it.

Fit my exhaust fan perfectly. Silent operation. Make sure to lign up the barely visible shaft indent on the fan blade and the drive shaft.

This was just what I needed. It was the perfect fit and my fan went from a noisy rattling to a quiet hum. Very happy. It took a hard push to get the fan on the motor and was difficult to align the flat sides but overall the fan is now very stable and quiet
