I honestly can't believe the magic of this weighted blanket. I've had one of my own for a while and has helped me sleep tremendously, I don't wake up so often in the night as I used to and when I do, I fall back to sleep really quickly. So I figured I'd get one for my granddad who's been struggling with sleep for years... He usually tends to wake up every half hour or so, and that's if he can get off to sleep in the first place. His sleep had been especially bad in recent months as he's been largely overcome with grief since the loss of his wife. He was initially very skeptical about the blanket, and didn't believe it would really make much of a difference, but desperate times call for desperate measures so he agreed he'd give it a try. Fast forward to the first night he used it - I come downstairs to see him sitting with a 1000 mile stare on his face, and he says it was hopeless and made no difference, so I'm now feeling quite helpless and annoyed. His face then suddenly lights up with this goofy grin and he then goes "HAHA I GOT YOU! It's wonderful, I only woke up twice in the night, I haven't slept so well in years I can't believe it!". So there you have it. His cat hates it, but this blanket has really been a game changer for him. Very very very happy customer.

The blanket is exactly as described, beautifully soft and fleecy, it doesn't make a noise when you move, and it is evenly weighted.There is one thing I would say though, if you suffer severe joint pain - which I do, then this might not be for you. The reason being that when you try to pull it up during the night, the sheer weight of the thing can hurt already sensitive joints. I have problems with my shoulders, elbows and wrists - hence the difficulty lifting the blanket.Regardless, I would still highly recommend this to anyone without joint issues, the quality and workmanship is absolutely superb, and it is the perfect blanket to snuggle up in.

Worth every penny. I can't be without my blanket now.I use it for sleeping at night and chilling out on the sofa. It's snuggly and warm but also doesn't overheat you in the summer.Feels like a big hug, and if you like the feeling of being tucked in then it's perfect for you.It's heavy - so you'll need to get used to lugging it around if you want to take it with you anywhere or round the house, but that's the idea isn't it! I wouldn't be without it now.

Bought for my anxiety and autism relief. It's perfect, Got the 9kg one and ignoring the obvious chore when you have to carry it anywhere, the weight when it's over me is just perfect. Not to mention how soft it is! Had no beads spill out so far and they all seem to be really nicely distributed. Absolutely can recommend for other autistic adults, especially those needing a hug right now.

I can begin to say how amazing this blanket is. Im using it for night time anxiety and restless leg syndrome. It doesnt feel like your pinned down it is just like getting a nice hug.Its also not so heavy that if you get hot you can move it off certain parts of your body to cool down. Its super soft as well which adds to a real comfort if your having a bad time or night. It came quick and was well packaged.Also a nice add on was a free warrenty for extra piece of mind

I have wanted a weighted blanket for ages but there is so much choice so, I went for this one and hoped for the best. This blanket is amazing, it's a bit odd at first because it's so heavy but... Once it is on you it is so relaxing it's heavenly. I don't really use it at bedtime but could not sleep recently so gave it a go I was honestly asleep in minutes. It's literally like a big comforting hug, it looks lovely too.

Absolutely LOVE the blanket. I’ve wanted one for ages but took my time in deciding on the right one. So happy I waited. It’s far more luxurious than it looks on the photo. It’s so plush. I’ve really started to feel the benefits. I use it all the time, for my yoga practice, to a comfy blanket on the couch to a bed quilt. Feeling very calm - which, given the current climate, is much needed.

Nice quality fleece and well sown. Right weight and size; I have some joint issues but can still manoeuvre the blanket fairly easily and it didn’t cause any problems in use. Warm, cosy and comfortable. Happy with this for the price I paid.
