Helps with my joint instability while I sleep
I have a severe form of Ehlers Danlos so I need joint stabilization. These help my ankles stay in place and cushion them when I'm putting pressure while sleeping on my sides. Better than the cheap DMI ones and way more comfortable than regular joint braces. They aren't perfect, but they help a lot.

GREAT HEEL PRESSURE RELIEF
