I was a little nervous to order these but I was pleasantly surprised. I received super fresh and very tasty mushrooms. Very good value.

I'm a professional mycologist. These mushrooms are simply the best! I've harvested wild mushrooms. These are every bit as tasty as wild-harvested. (Don't eat ANY mushrooms if you don't know what you're doing! That is, unless you have a DEATH WISH!!!

The pieces had a few mushroom types that still needed de-stemming - a little too rubbery to be pleasant to eat. But our pasta mushroom dish (NY Times recipe) was yummy. Better than all one kind.

These are great to grill and eat with scrambled eggs or on a sandwich or hamburger.
