The media could not be loaded.  The mattress comes in a box which is heavy.Once the mattress is opened allow 48 hours for it to take shape.I absolutely love this mattress it is so comfortable.I suffer from a bad back I have looked at many mattresses I did not want to buy a memory foam mattress on its own, as I have tried them in the shop and find it difficult to move around.My physiotherapist recommended I get something with springs and memory foam after doing a lot of research, I came across this mattress at the time when I purchase this it was on offer.The mattress is really comfortabl I wake up fully rested and I don't have any achy pains.The best thing about this mattress, if someone is lying down next to you and they're moving around you will not be able to notice it.I will be changing all the mattresses in my house to this type of mattress highly recommended especially if you're a long time pain sufferer.

Rather average mattress. Comfort I would say 'Medium' for firmness. Im 25 and have several muscular and joint problems and this doesn't exaggerate them nor does it offer relief. The memory gel top isn't really thick enough. Also you only get even support if you're in the middle. So it doesn't work for couples really as the edges sink inconsistently. It does stay a reasonable temperature unlike some foams.I wouldn't really recommend it. It's just average and I'm sureoe could get a equally average mattress for less.

OK, I will be the first to admit, the old mattress was, well, old to say the least. At least 10 years old, maybe a bit more. Not good for backache (or very good for backache, depending on how you look at it). So, time for a new one.I spent a lot of time comparing the pros and cons of the new "bed in a box" companies (Otty, Emma etc), and they all seemed similar, albeir more expensive than this one. So I read the reviews for this one and couldn't see any downsides, so I bit the bullet and bought one.Wow! What a revalation! After the initial odd sensation of unwrapping the vacuum-packed mattress and watching it inflate itself (think self-inflating liferaft only a little more controlled!), I was tempted to test this one. Comfort is absolutley superb, much firmer than the old one but not TOO firm. Very supportive and incredibly comfortable. Money more-than well spent!

After reading many reviews i decided on this one.Definately made the right choice.Arrives rolled in a box vacuum sealed which is extremely heavy. You release out of the bag then need to wait 3 days.Im 6ft and have Fibromyalgia and i have slept every night with comfort.I wake feeling ive slept well and it keeps me cool. Its firm but due to layers its comfortable and supports your body with the different zones.I am very pleased with it.

Very comfortable. Neither too hard or too soft, and gives a good night's sleep. The only reason I haven't awarded five stars is because the edges are too soft to give much support if, like me, you get into bed by sitting on the edge and swinging your legs in.

This is a firm mattress. It very heavy, I have it on a under storage bed that you lift, and it is very heavy to lift. It is very deep, giving the bed a good height, if you like sleeping high, my last mattress was low so this is a plus for me.

My son was complaining about being uncomfortable at night so we did a lot of research and settled on this mattress. He left it nearly 48 hours before sleeping on it because I was worried that some of the reviews which said people left dents in the mattress / the sides left no support were because they didn't leave it for long enough before using. Anyway, we've had none of those problems and the mattress has been perfect. Comfortable for a side sleeper and the right medium firmness.

Can’t fault this mattress at all , comfy and firm. I was sceptical at first for the price as I went mattress shopping before coming to amazon and the prices for a decent one was over 400 Mark , I’ve just moved into my own flat with my 3 month old so money as u can imagine is tight but yeah I’ll update in a month or soI also bought the double too
