This torch exceeds expectations. If you are using this on an Everlasting 82i, you will need to rep in the central connector. To do this, take apart the screw holding the plastic shell together. The lactic will pull back down along the sleeve to give you room to work. Gently grab the wires from the back and the pins will pull out. It will leave the remainder of the pins sticking out the front. You can extract these by either pushing them from the back or gently grab them from the front with a pair of pliers.The two thinner wires are your signal to the plasma that the shielding cup is installed. These wires will go to pins 2 and 9 in the connector. The last two wires with the thicker red wires attached are for your pilot arc. These will need to be inserted into pins 4 and 7. The wires are not polarity sensitive, it just matters that the matched pairs are in the correct ports.When reinstalling the pins, insert the machine side first as the pins with the wires will slip fit into the front pins. Reinstall the plastic cover and test your system. If you are unsure which pins are the nozzle safety wires, you can test them utilizing a multimeter set to check continuity. You will see continuity with the cap installed and no continuity with it uninstalled.

The pinout does not fit a everlast 82i plasma machine but the pins can be pulled out easy with small needle nose pliers and switched around to fit your welder. Worked great on mine.
