Is as expected
Just received the camera and case - arrived in a timely manner and looks as I expected. It is a gift for the holidays so it hasn't been used yet - hoping my granddaughter will love it as she was using a fork to pretend she was taking our pictures so she is definitely ready for a camera.

I purchased this for camera case to go with the camera I am gifting to my 2 1/2 year old daughter this Christmas. We did not get the VTech camera (which definitely would have fit perfectly), but ended up purchasing a smaller camera with fewer functions. It's a bit smaller in than the case, so it moves around a bit. I opted for this one because it has both the sturdy handle and the long strap that my little one can put on her arm like a purse or around her neck. The colors are cute and the picture of the camera on the front makes its intended purpose clear. The case arrived within the expected shipping time and was as-described.

A nice first camera for a youngster
Camera feels well built, not indestructible, but well built. A lot of built in fun features. Fairly intuitive controls and easy to learn. My granddaughter had the basic controls mastered in just a few minutes. She won't go any where without it now. We got the package deal with carry case, 32GB microSD memory card, charger, and eight batteries. Batteries seen to last quite a while. The case makes it easy to carry and adds some protection.Picture quality is mediocre and video is grainy but for a kid just starting out, it's perfect.The shutter button on this model is somewhat quick and less likely to blur photos.Having to charge batteries outside of the camera is fiddly and the covers will be more prone to loss or breakage.The software should be written to bury the "format card" function. I would hate to see a kid have all their efforts erased due not understanding what format means.Offloading pictures from camera is like any other digital camera.Overall, I'm happy very happy with it. The package deal with the above mentioned accessories gives you every thing you need.
