My son has been desperate to play with water balloons but was really disappointed as when he throws these, they don’t burst as he isn’t strong enough. We let him throw them at us when having a water fight, but they only burst when they hit the ground which detracted from the fun a bit. Even when us adults played, it takes a heck of a lot of force to get them to burst on a person!! The cheaper versions are better.

Fun products and good quality

These are great fun for the kids and it is amazing how many they can get through - well over 150 in just a few minutes. Not so much fan for adults, who have to pick up the brightly coloured bits of rubber from the lawn.

Fantastic - so quick and simple to fill a lot of water balloons. I would never have bothered filling so many by hand, so these were great and I'd certainly get them again.

They were really easy to fill, but they only exploded on the ground and bounced off us in the fight. You have to move the elastic band a bit and squeeze the balloon for it to explode over yourselves.

Easy to fill up and slip off of the straws but you need to be quick to pull the blow holes to make sure the elastic bands make a seal.

Expensive compared if you buy them loose but so easy to use that is what you pay for
