Oreck Commercial BB900DGR XL Pro 5 Super Compact Canister Vacuum, 30' Power Cord (Renewed)

I called your service dept. before I even plugged it in. It was filthy and also had a used dirty vacuum bag in it. When I got off the phone I plugged it in and it didn’t work. They were refunding me before I knew it didn’t work. It went into the garbage. Terrible experience. I was afraid to order again because of the experience I had. Who ever inspected this before it went out should be ashamed of their work ethics.I really wanted this vacuum.

I know this is a “renewed” item, but you advertise it has been cleaned. You might want to find a new cleaning person as there was dust on multiple parts as well as the DIRTY bag left in the vacuum! I hope my experience with the vacuum is better than the opening experience.

Good vacuum. Only problem is it was a refurbished unit and they didn’t even bother to clean it out. It was just thrown in the box with no effort to pack it for protection. Recommend the vac but not refurbished.

I had the older model and it gave out . I was devestated, I loved my small Orack. I had to find another and I found the one I bought.. The suction on it is so powerful and I thought my old one was good..It's a great compact vaccum..when this one goes I would have to get another on just like it.

Was deeply disappointed this great unit had no hepa filter on the exhaust. Vacuum just free blows in back of you which is unacceptable to me. Very poor design. Should be some sort of filtering provided like the residential model has.

Got it, put it together, plugged it in - it didn’t work!!! Apparently wasn’t refurbished enough!!
