Works well if you suffer from sinus problems
I had a post nasal drip for years - got quite infected sometimes and then fairly revolting! I use this daily and it has pretty much cured. No need to take anti histamines and the BEST thing is that my allergic reaction to some wines is cured by the next time I use it! Marvellous! Highly recommend. V easy to use.

very simple and easy to use ,does not create a mess when you use it.I really like the salt that comes with it its not two strong I can use it twice a day and it clears my hay fever I don't have to use the nasal pumps anymore I can just use the tablets now

Does what it says
It very clearly clears congestion . But, do not use if you suffer from nose bleeds. I learnt my lesson ! I have a problem with my right nostril and bleeds so for now I've had to stop use. but it does exactly what it says it will do.
