Great and easy to use.
Bought for my partner and he loves it. Quite noisy but he only switches it on when he needs to make ice and then he boxes up what's made and freezes it. Great sized cubes and easy to keep clean.

Best gadget bought in lockdown!!
Absolutely love this..needed room in my freezer, turn this on when I want a drink and the ice lasts me all night, went down great at Christmas and everyone had ice, when the ice basket was running low, I'd just pop it on again, easy to drain next morning and wipe clean and I just use and use again..love it!!! Very easy to use and quiet, amazing to watch too!!

Great item would recommend but missing one thing...
This is a great item easy to use, produces ice quiet quickly I would recommend however, you cannot store ice in the machine so you have to take it out/use it straight away so it doesn’t melt. This the only down full to the item.

Would buy again
Looks exactly as picture, first run produces small ice cubes but after that they are great, a little wet but volume produced is quick allowing an ice bucket to be filled in a short space of time, the ice dropping is quite noisy but helps to know it’s ready to use, would buy again, looks great on work surface

Why did we not buy once sooner...
A whole summer in lockdown and we wait till December to buy an ice machine... It is now part of the family. We set it running Friday afternoon and stash the ice in the freezer all weekend. We then have ice to last the week.I would have liked larger Ice cubes but that is a minor thing - it's not to loud and I feel it is much faster than it says in the instructions

This was bought as a present. They are really please with it and use it all the time Ivwould buy again. Good price.

Don't buy
Had the machine at the beginning say 12 weeks ok not issues then nonstop issues, the seller is not interested in being helpful at all nor was Amazon, I tried everything the seller suggested and shame it is not mentioned in the description that you hav e to use a tiny plug at the bottom regularly to empty the machine and you need tiny pliers, a nightmare. Still not working. The machine makes a lot of right noises but does nothing and we are stuck with a machine that cost over £100 at the time but hasn't not been fit for purpose for longer than 12 weeks. spend your cash better choose another make
