Replacement Audio Cable Cord Extension Wire for Bose QuietComfort QC25 QC35 Headphones with in line Mic Volume Control (Black)

This was a Replacement for my Bose 25 Quiet Comfort audio cord .. It broke during travels in an area where I could find no suitable replacement. Plan to buy another to pack as a spare on my next trip.

I got this since the adapter that came with my Bose headphones got lost while moving states. The small and hooks into the headphones and the larger end fits into any standard sized jack port. The build quality feels fine. Perhaps slightly cheap but not poor quality at all. There is a mix that can change volume and play/pause music/videos. Works well overall.

Lost the cable that came with my Bose over the ear noise canceling headphones, great replacement.

From the start, I noticed the mic was not as good quality as the OEM one on them. Sounds was less crisp even in quiet room. But the mic quickly gave out completely after 6 months. And that's with me not using it much daily. Cable still works without the mic but that defeat the purpose a bit.

Works as described. My daughter gives her cords a true work out and so far this cord is doing the job. She has had it about a month and so far so good. I will update the review after 6 mos and comment on the durability. But, so far so good! Update***(4/11/20) The cord broke about a month after my original review and the headphones no longer work while plugged into the phone using this cord. My daughter (age: 21) said she was extra careful while using this cord too because of how the orginal cord broke. The orginal cord lasted about a year but this one broke after only 2 months. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money.

I broke the cable for my QC25 headphones on a flight and couldn’t use them for the rest of the trip. I thought I’d have to buy an expensive Bose replacement, but this cable works just as well and is much more affordable. Now I keep a spare in my headphone case just in case it happens again.

Works with Bose to chrome book

Pros: Connects QC35 to device, inexpensive, great customer support Cons: Cheap quality, Volume adjuster wonky and blasts your ears on Apple products, Volume adjuster doesn't work on dell laptops. I got this to replace the one I got from Bose for my QC35's. It worked well for a few days. The volume adjuster went bad with in a week on the first one. I clicked the up button once and it would go all the way to max volume like a stuck key. Not pleasant. I contacted customer support and they sent a replacement. It did the same thing with in 2 weeks. This cord is cheap and you pay for what you get. If you do not use the volume adjuster part it is just fine, no issue with sound quality. I will likely only use it with my dell laptop which the volume adjuster doesn't do anything on anyway. It goes wonky with my MacBook Pro and my iPad. I contacted support again and they gave me a refund. I would not recommend this product if you plan on using the volume adjuster.

Worked as expected

If you have a quietcomfort pair of headphones, this is absolutely necssary if you want a mic for calls and meetings. Works fine, quality is good.

Replacing new authentic Bose wire. This is a well made, quality product.

Perfect fit , look and sound like OEM Mic.

As you would expect, it works fine. For being off brand it works well, but the quality of the wire feels much more stiff then the real Bose cable, and the buttons are bugger and have a less satisfying "Click" to them, and are much louder. Mic seemed to sound okay from what I could gather, but not better or the same as the real Bose wire.
