Good product if you dont use a case, however if you use an Otterbox case don't expect it to hold your phone very well, if at all, despite the impression they give that it is suitable for Otterbox cases.Just updating my review after their customer support reached out to me, (leaving the initial review above for transparency) they have been excellent in helping me find a solution that works. The holder still doesn't work if you put the plate in-between the phone and the case, however the plate sticks to my rough-edged otterbox case well (Can't speak for long term but so far so good).In summary, if you have any doubts, reach out to their support team. They are excellent and will do what they can to help you.

Very impressed! Admittedly I was a bit skeptical, I didn't know whether such a small gadget would hold the weight of a phone and not full off at all but I tell you what, I was pleasantly surprised. My old phone holder for the car was a clamp thing but it didn't attach to the vent very well at all and caused my phone to continuously full off which made the pointless and dangerous! But this magnetic phone holder on the other hand is AMAZING! I am so glad I have chosen to get this. The magnet is so so so STRONG!! Considering how small it is, I'm truly gobsmacked at how strong it is! Where I live, we have a lot of bumpy roads so I needed a truly strong reliable phone holder and this is definitely the one! It comes with a 4 magnetic pads. 2 circler ones and 2 rectangular ones then two different clamps that attach to the vents in your car. Both of which attach slightly different but they have been very well made and they tighten and grip to your vent so they are super strong and definitely are not going to random full off at all! I love it! I highly recommend this product to anyone. It will suit any car and comes in surprisingly handy. You get all the right bits with it to ensure you have the best set up for your phone, it's strong, trustworthy and made to last. I do not see myself needing another phone holder ever again! This one is just simply perfect in every way and I really couldn't be happier with it! It arrived very quick, in a nice compact box and a fantastic price especially as I feel this is a lifelong phone holder!! Absolutely brilliant!

After trying several magnetic holders, most of which just simply weren't strong enough for my iphone x, this one is by far the best out there.It comes with 2 different clamps and the clamp design is great, as it will hold on to any vent it can fit and will not let go nor damage the vent itself, this was one of the problems i had before with other brands, where there was no lock on clamp design and the actual holder would fall off.The magnets are strong! Even though i have a big and bulky phone, once it's attached it's not going anywhere, no matter how many bumps on the road or tight corners i turned, the phone never moved from it's position, this doesn't mean it's hard to take the phone out of the mount, which it's not.There are 2 different sizes of back plates that you need to attach to your phone in order for it to be magnetised to the base, they both work great even when you don't attach it dead centre, as long as the magnets pick up one of the edges it will work just fine, the base has a rubbery grip to it so even with just that it won't let go.I have attached my back plate behind my phone case, so you don't even see it or know that it's there, it adds no bulk as it's so thin and does not disrupt or slow down my wireless charging.To sum it up, it's the best one i've tested out there, because it actually works, the magnets are strong and the build quality will last. Don't waste your money on cheaper ones that will just break or not work properly.

I bought a phone holder from this brand weeks ago, which was excellent. Days ago, my wife found that one is very useful and wants to have one for her car. So, I referred this brand to her, and she decided to try this magnetic holder.Though I personally prefer the clamp design, this magnetic one performed equally well in terms of stability and safety. Again, the unpacking experience is as good as the previous one, well-designed packaging, high-quality material, and easy to read manual.With 6 N52-Grade super-powerful magnetic cores (as read from the manual), this magnetic phone holder can keep the phone on the mount in all conditions. This one also comes with two air vent clips, twist-lock clip and 3-level lock clip. The 3-level lock is easier to install, both clips are attached with rubber to protect the air vent. They both adapt to my wife’s car, so one is left for backup. Beside two clips, the manufacture generously provided 4 metal plates (2 round and 2 square shapes), so I can use the holder as well without switching the plate with my wife.Comparing to the clamp holder, this magnetic holder is more convenient for either installing or using. It can be easily but also firmly attached to or removed from the mount. However, there is one concern for people who use wireless charging. The metal plate will block the electromagnetic induction, so for wireless charging, it would be better to stick the plate on the phone case.Excellent design and quality, recommend this brand and will visit again!
