As advertised and expected.
The strap fits great, doesn't pull hair on my arm and the sliders don't either. Other straps I have purchased do pull hair and don't slide well after the watch is on. Have not noticed any fading or wear after a month. I switch it out regularly with other bands for work and it hasn't had any issues.

Original or not?
I see NO difference whatsoever with the original band. I don't know if the metal parts are stainless steel or not, but so far I'd been in the ocean and I see no rust at all.
