I have used the Multi Collagen caps for about 3 months now. So far I really like them This is the first collagen capsule I have taken, I have used many powdered versions in the past, and this one had really good reviews so I gave it a shot. I was sick of wasting money on powders that claimed "no flavor" but yet were repulsive. With caps there really is no flavor so no money wasted there. I do feel I have noticed a difference in my skin, hair and nails, which I have only noticed with one other collagen product. It did take about a month to see any difference so definitely give it some time for deciding for yourself. There are also some reviews that say they don't take all 3 recommended caps but I have always taken as directed so I would also say to not take less than recommended if you want to see results within the first month, but everyone is different. I will continue taking these for the price and the fact that I think they do what they say they will.

This product was perfect for what I needed. I am able to take it along with my other supplements on a daily basis. I had been experiencing joint pain in my knee. I have been taking this product for 2 months now, realizing that it takes at least 3-4 weeks to see results. Firstly, I wish more people would add their age or something specific about them so others can relate. I am a 62-year old female and, sadly, most of us have thinning hair as we age and mine was very thick when I was younger. I am noticing that my hair is not falling out nearly as much and getting thicker. I also believe my facial/neck skin is more radiant and healthier looking. I have always had very healthy, quick-growing nails so that does not count for me; but overall, I feel I am seeing very positive results and recommend this product.

So far, so great!! I am at the end of my first month of use. My skin is smoother, softer. My hair has had less shedding (I am also using rice water). I haven't been getting regular pedis (due to Covid-19 restrictions) but I noticed that my feet are super soft since taking these regularly. I have tried and failed with other brands (powders). I always forget and the time it takes for powders to dissolve often makes me skip the days I do remember. This however, is really easy. I just take three as soon as I wake up in the morning. I love them. I can't wait to see the results after 90 days. Will update after the 90 day mark.

In brief, this product did not work for me. After purchasing, they recommended I take 3 capsules a day, but good thing I didn't. I'll explain. So when this came I started taking 2 capsules a days regularly for about 2 weeks. After the 1st week, I started to feel a little itching (not normal). Then going into my 2nd week, I started to feel restless during sleep. Wasn't sleeping well anymore but the very last two days were the worst. I started breaking out with pimples on my forehead. My under eyes got swollen really badly, as if someone had punched me in the eye. My wife wanted to take me to Emergency to have a doctor look at it. Apparently I had gotten an allergic reaction to this (whatever this stuff is). In my humble opinion, this product is Dangerous. I purchased two bottles that are completely useless. I can't return them (they are not returnable) so now, I have to throw them both into the Garbage. What a waste of money not to mention a Terrible Experience. My eyes are healing well now and the pimples are almost gone since I threw the pills away.
