KoyoLemon Grass Ginger Ramen, 60-Gram Packages (Pack of 12)

Does not upset my stomach like cheap ramen. Love the lemon grass flavor. Please don't buy this so there is more for me and price doesn't go up :).I usually add a vegie or three and some meat. But good on its own especially when camping or middle of night snack.

Great flavor and natural ingredients make this ramen a favorite at our house. It's even better with an additional teaspoon of organic broth concentrate (sold separately) at Walmart, Publix, Whole Foods, etc.

Regular ramen has got to be one of the worst possible things to eat from a nutritional basis -- fried noodles and chemical flavorings. This low fat ramen really tastes great, and without all the extra fat of the "regular" ramen products. The seasoning packet is high in sodium, which is typical, but it has a good flavor and you can definitely taste the ginger and lemongrass.One tip -- don't overcook the noodles! They can get pretty mushy if you cook them for the recommended time on the package. I generally cook them a minute or so less than recommended, and add in steamed broccoli, peas, or other veggies and some shrimp or chicken to make a quick nutritious meal.

The ramen tastes baked not fried. I like the fact that it's healthier than what you buy at the grocery store. Just wish it were less expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

For those who grew up on Ramen noodles from the grocery store, these aren't those! But, I like the lemongrass and smaller portion! The consistency is that of the old days but a twist on the flavor. I like that it is organic and will continues to Purchase when I want noodles!

Keeping in mind that it does not have MSG and that it is lower fat:The flavor packs smell great when you are mixing them in. However, come time to eat the noodles, there is about 1% flavor. Most of what I taste is noodle. I accidentally bought this one because it was in the cart from when I purchased the tofu miso. I figured that one had a really weak flavor because it was miso, and sometimes real miso is that way. Nope, same flavor with both types, different smells. I took the flavor packs out of four packs to make two servings of ramen. Will not be buying anything from this manufacturer again.

I like this flavor. The soup is simple and easy to eat, not spicy. The size is not as big as Nongshim. Will eat this brand instead of Nongshim.
