The best buckwheat ramen I know of.
Its nice to have a buckwheat alternative to the usual fried white flour based noodles. These are not fried! Nice thick partially whole grain noodles. Its not very salty, I add the gluten free soy sauce to enhance the flavor. But, its nice having to add salt. I rather have it that way than the usual cheap over salted crap thats so common.

Not really true soda noodles
Not really true soda noodles, it have regular flour mixed in the buckwheat. The blend taste nice and the noodles with soak the broth more than true soba but the a increase in gluten. But I appreciate the organic goodness but not the high sodium content.

Good taste and better than average nutrition
Tastes great, cooks quickly without getting soggy and much better nutritionally than most other "instant" ramen products. Big plus is it is only made with a few ingredients, all of which the average child could pronounce.

My son loves these!
I have been concerned for years about my son, who loves the cheap ramen noodles that are SO full of toxic ingredients. I was so excited to find these that are just as easy to prepare, contain real ingredients and...he loves the taste!

Good when fixed up.
At first I hated these noodles when I made them plain from the package. They are VERY bland. But then I decided to give them another try. I added chicken, a packet of Savory Choice chicken stock, veggies and seasoning-ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Now we're talking! This is surprisingly yummy! It does have a lot of carbs but very little fat. I love ramen but the regular kind has way too much fat as the noodles are fried. These are much healthier and organic. So glad I figured out how to make them tasty!

Availability
Why isn't the soba variety of ramen available in stores anymore? Is it being discontinued? I won't buy ramen if it doesn't contain whole wheat, brown rice, or buckwheat.
