Will this bond metal to wood?

If you go to Loctite's web site and read the spec sheet they say it will, and even give some strength numbers.

Is this in liquid form?

It is a "liquid" glue meaning it will flow but not run

when mixed, what viscosity does it have? could i put it in a glue injector, like a syringe without a needle, and dispense it to a small area?

I think it might work. It is not really thick when mixed.. But I do not know the opening of the device you will use to inject it. the product actually works better than I thought. It is about two years and I used it on a concrete statue that goes thru winter and summer in Pennsylvania. It has held up better than expected

We are trying to attach a new floor seam binder to concrete where there were previous holes. Will this epoxy allow the nails to attach?

All I can tell you is this is the best epoxy glue .I use this for so many things I have to glue, and it does a great job. If for some reason you buy it and it doesn't do what you want , you will wind up using it on 100 other things.... Great Glue
