Great bag: lightweight but holds a lot. Does not look like a mommy bag at all- very stylish. I love the easiness with which it turnes from a shoulder bag into a backpak.

I really wanted this bag, it looked amazing but...... I have only had it 3 months and it is already falling apart. One of the zippers broke off and one of the strap ends is unraveling. The design of the straps are uncomfortable when wearing as a backpack. I really did enjoy the side zipper style and being able to remove items that way but it isn't worth it :(

I wanted to love this bag, and I considered it for a long time before purchasing. I like the idea and the backpack/shoulder bag design. I also liked the color and size. However, the material it is made from is unpleasant and uncomfortable, especially where the top strap rubs against the back of your neck while wearing it as a backpack. There is no top zipper, so the main compartment is accessible only through the two side zippers. The label on the front is very large and unattractive. I would also not call the side pockets insulated. I decided pretty quickly to send it back and look for something different, despite my high hopes for this bag.

Great design for hands free mamas, easily fits over baby slings and can access pockets without taking it off. The side pockets will fit a Sigg type bottle but an insulated contigo mug is too tight. I was surprised how much you can fit in it, its roomy enough for skipbo diaper changer along with gear for toddler, wallet, phone, snacks, essentials etc. The gray color is good, but could wish it didn't have the label so prominent on the bag, oh well, it is a diaper bag after all.

This is a bit of an odd bag. I got it as a gift cause I wanted something that could be both a shoulder bag as well as a backpack. To its credit, I do really love the configuration of the straps.My biggest issue is that there is no top access to the main pocket. The only access is through the side pockets. Very weird. This makes it near impossible to see what's in the bag. I'm searching around by feeling what's in the bag. I'm also constantly dumping things out inside the bag cause I can't see what's in there. The material is very tough and scratchy. I would imagine it to be hearty, which is nice, but not very comfortable for the wearer. It's also extremely casual looking due to the material used.The front label in boring, LARGE and unattractive.Edited to add: Also, I'm having such trouble with the straps staying adjusted. I'll tighten them in to fit me and by the next time I try to put it on it's extended to the longest length. It constantly slips. Super annoying. I like this bag less and less everyday. Switching back to my old bag...So if you still think this bag is for you after all this information, than absolutely buy it. It seems to be made decently, but just has some very odd features.

Haven't used yet. Might keep, might return. Cute concept l, but zero padded on straps. If I fill this bag with stuff, will the straps be comfortable enough? Hm.

I really like the flexibility of this bag, however some of the seams are starting to unravel after about one month of use:1) at the top of one of the main compartment zippers and2) on one side of the middle shoulder strap.It won't be long before that middle should strap will become useless.

I love this bag. The only thing to note is that there is no top zipper, only side zippers.
