Magnetic Knife Holder (13.5 inch), Stainless Steel Magnetic Knife Bar, Magnetic Knife Strip, Professional Space Saving Storage Strip

Mounted this bad boy last week up on the back splash. Love the look, form and function are all on par. The only thing that concerns me is training my family to use it correctly to not damage any edges on my expensive knives. It does come with nice instructions with pictures, so if your significant other, children, or roommate uses it, tape the instructions on it to reinforce the process of spine first set down and lift off. I imagine a few weeks of repetitive motion should instill good techniques and practice. I would have liked to mount this inside a cabinet door but it's a little too wide. All in all, I dig it and will probably be back for another, one side for pairing knives, steak knives and stainless cooking utensils, and another strip for chefs knives, bread knife, and santokus. Really opens up space.

Decent value for the money. Not terribly strong magnets , however and larger chefs knives tend to slip a bit too easily

I am very happy that I purchased the Jabowd Professional Magnetic Knife holder. Not only is it a beautiful addition to my kitchen, but very functional as well. It is well made, and my knifes are firmly in place; yet easy to remove. I would recommend this product to those wanting a product that although inexpensive, looks like it would cost much more. This is something you can use for many many years.

Unfortunately this was the worst purchase I ever made!! Even my small paring knife barely hung in there. I have returned it. I don't remember the last time I have written a review, however this was worth my effort. Sorry.

Strong magnet, great build quality. Wish it stood out from the wall slightly further, but I think it's just a matter of getting used to it. Much better than weaker magnets selling for more $ at the hardware store that claim to hold wrenches, etc.

If your knives have high chrome stainless steel blades, the magnets are not strong enough to hold. We mounted the holder on the back of a door. Opening and closing the door causes the knives to fall on the floor. Falling knives are not what you're looking for. Our previous holder was designed to hold shop tools and had much stronger magnets.

I bought this magnetic knife holder for a purpose other than what it was made for. I installed it in my boat to hold tools such as needle nose pliers and any other tool that can be held by a magnet. I placed it where I can easily access these tools when they are needed. The magnet works great for this use, and it solved the problem of searching for a tool when I need it. Thanks it is just what I needed. Hadn't used the product till now or I would have wrote a review sooner. Works great!

I have a small kitchen, so every little bit of counter space helps. I ordered this knife holder because it was the right size for the small strip of wall I had for it to hang on. I'm glad I did -- it's heavy enough to feel substantial, but not so heavy that I worry about it falling out of the wall. It fits all my knives (7), looks really nice, and arrived a day early. I'm really happy with it.
