The media could not be loaded. This is a great addition to my desk. It keeps my tea or coffee nice and warm, not hot. It is like having a hot plate for mugs. It does advice having a flat buttom mug to maximize the heat but i have been using a normal mug and it still works fine. I had it on all day without any problem.The touch screen is very sensitive. It has two modes, red for hot and blue for warm. I have been leaving it in red to keep my tea warm.The top itself does go hot so you really need to be careful. It feels like glass and wipable. Used it multiple tines and havent seen any scratches in the top.Thickness is great and it is sturdy. It doesnt move around at all and it does have equal balance.My coworkers have seen this and is very impressed. It is a must buy especially in the office.

Every time I make myself a hot drink, the phone rings, the door bell goes, or I get distracted doing something. Seem to spend most of my time drinking lukewarm coffee. Should have bought ones of these years ago. Extremely easy to use, and comes complete with a stainless steel mug. Heats quickly, and ensures my coffee stays hot. Totally impressed with this product. Looks good, in the kitchen, and is totally portable so could take it to work with me. It’s great to have hot drinks, in this cold weather.

I don't find much difference between the high and low settings. But it keeps your drink warm forever. It won't stay hot but I think it keeps it hotter for longer so it cools much slower.The surface is very smooth and slippy so you need to be careful that your drink doesn't slide off. Would be better if there was a lip around the edge to stop that.

I've had the Wandefol Coffee Mug Warmer for a week now. It's an attractive unit, small enough to fit on the edge of a desk, and it is easy to use. I got this unit so that I could linger over a cup of coffee while reading a book. While this product does keep a cup warm, for my taste, even on the warmest setting, it is not quite warm enough. So, I am disappointed not to be able to linger over a book too long without having to make another cup of coffee.

Bought as a gift for sister - she works from home but once started, can't leave her desk, and was constantly complaining about her tea going cold. Bought her this and she loved it. However, she left it on all day and it fused and doesn't work anymore - so, only switch it on when you need it!

Only 1cm in middle is super hot. Every cup I have doesn't touch the middle surface. So doesn't heat at all.

I was looking at lots of mug warmers as I was fed up with my cup of tea getting cold every single time. I wanted a mug warmer that plugged into the wall as I had read that the USB ones are pretty much useless. This one looked great and was a great price. Having used it for the last couple of days, I have had a cup of tea on it for 30 minutes and it has kept it at such a great hot temperature that my tea tastes wonderful. No longer am I throwing my stale cold tea down the sink or blasting it in the microwave. I love this thing!
