Power Charging Case Compatible with Plantronics Bluetooth Headset Voyager Legend, 2-in-1 Portable Charger Case with LED Status(Only Include The Charging Case)

This little case has come in handy for the most part. When I plug in the headset it starts charging and shows it by the lights flashing. During the first week of use I didn’t have any issues and the headset would be fully charged. I’m not sure if keeping it in my bag may have rustled it too much but after the third week when I put the headset in after work, the lights would flash but the next day the headset would only have 3 hours left of talk time. I checked the charging case and it showed that it had a full charge itself. Unsure if it’s the headset or case connectors but the product does work when I need it to.

I love this case! Not only does it protect my ear piece while not in use, I can charge it while being protected. It also fits comfortably in my pocket.

The earpiece not always being charged. However found that pushing but end of earpiece to center makes the needed connection. Wedging paper at end of earpiece keeps it in place for charging by case. Charging earpiece in case with battery of case only is as expected slower than direct from a USB port. Allows you to use any standard USB to micro USB cable to charge your earpiece. Case is good for protecting earpiece from damage while in briefcase.

I like it.. but. It seems thinner than the other one that I had. It does work, but is a little finicky about placement in it. Ie. It has to be put in there perfectly to charge. That being said, it's handy, protects your bluetooth, and you can plug it in and charge caes and bluetooth. I would probably buy another.

I like the ability to charge on the go

The case is great if you just need a case to protect your headset while it's in a purse or pocket, but the battery part of it doesn't work at all. I have been unsuccessful in trying to get it to charge at all while in the case. It just has too much room to shift around and break the magnetic connection it needs to stay on the battery. I even sat it on the counter and connected it to the battery not moving it for hours and it still would not charge. I just use it as a carrying case and I'm fine with that.

I use it for work.

Doesn't appear as if it would hold up for a long time, but it does indeed charge the headset. From my usage I can get 2-4 charges out before I have to recharge the unit and that suits my needs. The case does not completely close around the headset, as there are no locking tabs to protect the headset. You get what you pay for, and for $20 it's not a bad investment.

Just arrived, pulled out of package and first impression is that it is low quality. Low and behold when plugged in, the mini-USB charging port just fell out! Returning immediately....Amazons shipping and return process are both perfect - five stars for this aspect.

I only bought this because my original was lost while I was moving. Great product. It will last a very long time. Can charge your earpiece while you have it in your pocket!

I was really disappointed with this charging case for my Plantronics headset. Build quality is really poor, with cheap feeling plastics used throughout. The lid in particular is very loose, and opens with minimal force. The magnet holding the charge in alignment with the charging prongs is very weak, and so you headset will easily get shifted around when this is in your bag. As a result, you'll likely end up with multiple scenarios where you'll go to grab your headset from your bag and it'll be dead. While this is certainly cheaper than the official charger, it's not cheaper by all that much, saving you about $10. I was really hoping that this would be an affordable and easily accessible alternative to the official plantronics case, which has become a little more scarce in light of this particular model being over 5 years old now, but that's not been the case. I purchased the official plantrnoics charging case and the difference has been night and day. The lid feels much more secure, and the magnet is much stronger. No issues with uncharged headsets when I keep it in my bag.Overall I would not recommend this, just go with the official charging case.
