Absolutely delighted with this light.
Absolutely delighted with this lamp. Solid construction and easy to assemble, not only as a ‘standard lamp’ but also as a table lamp. Three light levels. Perfect for doing fine sewing and for iconography when creating correct colours in egg tempora is a difficult process. Can’t be more impressed. Excellent value for money and have recommended it to many friends.

Not what it is purported to be.
Excellent delivery time. Item is well-made and the LED lights are a very useful feature. A good sturdy on/off switch. As the batteries (2 x AA) fit into the handle, it is unduly heavy in use. Perhaps a simple fix for the designers would be to use AAA batteries to reduce weight, or even better, the small circular lithium batteries. My big gripe is that this by no means has the magnification that it claims to have. As it happens, I am happy with the magnification available, but many purchasers would be justified in asking for a refund.

Buying this was just a money wasting
It arrived, and tested it. This product is useless and not convenient. It is cumbersome, and the text in its description: "magnifying glass provides 30X magnification," is untrue. Therefore, I cannot recommend it.
