The First Fowler: Green Ember Archer, Book 2

Another outstanding addition to the Green Ember chronicles! I truly meant to make it last a couple of days, but couldn't stop reading! (I have the Kindle version as well and read along.) I love the deeper look into Jo Shanks' character, and the action was breath-taking and kept me on the edge of my seat with anticipation. Can't wait for the next one!

Another superb side-story in The Green Ember series. I purchased the Audiobook for my kids for Christmas but couldn't wait and listened to it on my own after their bedtime. I loved this story and I know they will be thrilled!

Another good adventure for rabbits with swords. I would have expected a longer read but it was good nonetheless. I wish that I could find more books with such chivalry, bravery and morality within their pages.

Everything by this author is excellent. I gave this to my 9 year old grandson for Christmas. He especially loves Speck, but enjoys this and Smith's other books too for their emphasis upon steady courage in the face of stress.

My family really enjoys the Green Ember series and the companion books are a great addition. Having the opportunity to see additional viewpoints and side plots really help to immerse in the overall story.The First Fowler continues SD Smith's high quality story line with one of the minor characters providing good character development and plot.

Spoilers warning.That said I've really enjoyed books about Joe shanks green ember series. It's neat to see a different perspective during the green ember series. if you have read the other green ember series books but yet but not this one I highly encourage you to pick it up.

I bought this for a friend, and it was so good that she lent it to me to read. I really enjoyed the story, it was a great continuation to Jo Shanks’ story. It’s a pretty good price for the quality of paper and binding.

this series has been really fun. i am looking forward to the last book with mixed emotions... happy to know how it ends and sad to see it come to an end all at the same time. fun for kids of all ages.

Yet another great book about Jo Shanks, and the fight against Morbin Blackhawk! The fist fowler explains how Helmer's elite fowler team came to life! Love this book,also it has got 4 chapters of ember ends which was great can't wait to read the whole book!😊😊
