It's a straw
This is for what I would assume as a civilian extra water needs on the trail so you don't have to boil it or leave your trail. I would say buying a good 10 of these in a pack can get you through alot, but eventually you'll be benefitting from a stronger filter for less space. The bright blue striped kid colored straw though. Omg lol.
