My wife was after a pair of ski pants that have the stirrup that goes under the foot; they seem to be hard to come by these days. We found what we thought would fit the bill, and ordered 2 pairs, even though I found the postage and packing charge on the high side (£6.98). The items arrived and my wife tried on a pair prior to me wrapping them up for Christmas. Unfortunately the fit was poor and the quality was below par (some say you get what you pay for - £6.99 a pair). I asked to return the goods straight away and Amazon agreed to the request as per their usual good service. The parcel was sent back without delay and we waited for the refund. Having waited for some time, I contacted the seller to find out why the refund had not been processed and then entered into a series of emails before they agreed to provide the refund. I then found out that not only would I not be refunded the P&P cost, but that I would have to pay a processing fee of £3.50. Needless to say, I will not purchase any other goods from this Amazon trader!

I loved I can still get ski pants. Very comfy, better quality than I thought for the great price. Only thing I didn't like was the stirrups far too long, have had to shorten them. But apart from that, very pleased with them.

There is a big gap between the elastic stirrup under foot and the material legging. Making them nor wearable with shoes. Otherwise good value.

Very poor quality material, legs are too baggy for the style of pants they are. Having problems returning them as got to print off return label I’m a pensioner I don’t know these things. Much easier if I had an Amazon QR code I can take to post office.

Had to return goods via Tesco pick up recorded barcodes given still awaiting refund due to being bigger than thoughtdue to holiday period willing to wait a few more days
