Michael Young’s new timepiece for o.d.m. is inspired by many of the precision engineering projects his studio has been involved with in Hong Kong. The appearance is based on the application of visual ergonomics, using bold lines that lead the eyes pleasantly and allowing the time to be read at a glance. Meanwhile, the metal disc in the centre offers strong protection for daily use, so it’s durable yet classical in style. Hacker Watch is designed for running about in a city and for all occasions. Die beste Uhr
Ich habe seit 10 Jahren keine Armbanduhr getragen und dann diese hier entdeckt und mich sofort verliebt. Sie ist vielleicht etwas groß, die scharfen Kanten manchmal unbequem (wenn man die Arme verschränkt), aber die Uhr ist einfach so schön schlicht und dabei besonders. Das Armband ist sehr angenehm auf der Haut. Sie ist auch recht stabil, bisher habe ich keine Kratzer im Glas.
