Seems like a lovely chair if the bolts had actually been included in the parcel to put it together! What a massive inconvenience!

got this for the wifes desk. Its comfortable and easy to assemble. There was a issue with one of the wheels and the seller sent out replacements. Super customer service. Really comfortable and it keeps you upright so its great for the posture.

Very comfortable computer chair and very reasonably priced. The wheels were difficult to push in, but other than that very easy to assemble.

Looks ok but not level
Frustrating. Looks ok but the seat isn't level so very uncomfortable. And a real trial to re-package and send back as it's not a return through Amazon order. I just took the hit financially. Had broken cardboard box and couldn't get a replacement to send back in. Very annoying.
