The smell is strong but it is worth it for any pain once you rubber it in for awhile.

I tried this when my mother-in-law recommended some for a headache I was having. It smells great (think Vaporub) and quickly relieved my pain. I then ordered one for an ill family member, and they love it, too!

The product shipped is not as described. The product is listed as "Pain Relieving Cream NDC 16480-007-03" and the one shipped is "Arthritis Pain Relieving Cream NDC 51367-032-75" two different products with different active ingredients. Excellent Product. Like another customer said, better than Ben Gay or Tiger Balm or anything else. I am a repeat customer of this product and use it all the time. Everyone Inlet use it loves it too! Customer Service and Shiping was quick and good.
