Couldn't be happier with the customer service and turnaround time and final product. I created custom pencils and within a few hours had a proof waiting in my inbox. I didn't even expect to get a proof before verifying my order, so that was a nice touch. As soon as I verified the proof, I got a message nearly immediately saying that my order was being processed. I didn't allow myself much turnaround time and was just crossing my fingers that I would get the product before my event, even though it was expected to be delivered a day after. I ended up actually getting the pencils nearly five days early. They look fantastic, exactly as ordered and expected. Printing is consistent, pencils were sharpened as ordered, very well packaged and outside wrapped to protect from weather. Very happy. I ordered a smaller amount that was enough to get us through our initial event, because I wanted to make sure these were what I expected. They definitely exceeded my expectations and we will be ordering more. Thank you.

I have ordered these pencils twice already. They are expensive, but the quality is worth it. Some cheap pencils you buy have a plastic coating which makes them difficult to sharpen and can jam up your electric sharpener...these customizable pencils from The Pencil Guy are amazing, easy to sharpen and last for a long time. Pencils don't go missing when you have your subject matter written on them...
