I've no doubt that Mullein is beneficial, but I'd avoid this brand.
I can't recommend the product supplied by this company as roughly a third of the capsules appear to be contaminated, as seen in the picture, possibly by water, and some of the capsules are actually stuck together. I daren't take those though in case it isn't water. The packaging was intact when they arrived so whatever contaminant it is was clearly introduced before the pack was sealed. Very dodgy.I'll stick to another brand, thanks.
