So authentic !!
We serve an “Italian hot chocolate” at our cafe. This is something I first had in England when I worked as a barista. When I opened my own shop, I searched for the best representation I could find of that European hot chocolate. This is the best one in my opinion. It’s super cocoa-y - not overly sweet like American hot chocolate, coats the back of your spoon - and you know it’s good when it’s all in Italian on the package!

Delicious & thick - cheaper than a trip to Madrid!
This is Not an American chocolate mix that is thin and sweet. It is Spanish style which is thick and not so sweet. It does taste very similar to what I enjoyed in Madrid. I mix the powder with some hot water to dissolve it then add Hot milk and stir. If you wait to heat the milk after you dissolve the powder, the chocolate is really thick and it is difficult to stir in the milk without lumps. So, make sure the milk is Hot before you dissolve the powder. Otherwise, it is delicious. I wish I had churros to dip, but Those are a bit beyond my skills to make.

Damaged Chocolate Packet with Hole Covered by Tape — No Return Allowed
The chocolate packet arrived damaged with a hole in the packaging that was covered with tape, which is unacceptable for a food product. This raises concerns about hygiene and product safety. To make matters worse, the item is not eligible for exchange or return, leaving the customer with a compromised product. Food items should arrive sealed and intact, not taped over. Very disappointing experience.

Thick hot chocolate like we had in Spain!!
OMG.. haven’t had a rich, thick hot chocolate like this since we were in Spain! I highly recommend this.. I was advised by the reviews to use only whole milk (8oz) or 1/2 & 1/2. Bring milk to almost a boil then add 4-5 teaspoons of the powder mix a spoon at a time while continuing to wisk. Wisk with heat on until desired thickness. Not overly sweet. It’s absolutely wonderful!!!
