Sky is the limit! Literally!
This is one of the best drone purchases I have made in 2019! I love this little guy as it is so fun to fly with a LOAD of features!I have been flying drones for a few years now, first with $30-$50 ones that awkwardly were difficult to maintain in a steady flight, then some that were motion controlled by hand, and finally, $100+ quadcopters with a built-in camera that could be viewed from and controlled by a smartphone app. Nonetheless, I had always found the remote a bit intimidating to use as they were NOT very intuitive, even as I got more experienced. I always saw beginners' confused faces and crashing my drones into the ground.I decided to take the next step and go above the $150 range and see how those drones work. Important to me was built-in GPS, higher-quality camera, easier controls, and a way to have it follow me or fly a pre-determined path. This is how my experience went with this awkwardly named Hukkkyvit drone.PROS- Very compact with its foldable design- Nice, solid feel- Much less expensive than DJI and other, professional drones- Remote was VERY easy to control- Pre-determined flight path capable (controlled via the smartphone app, "X-GPS", for iOS/iPhone and Android/Samsung)- Built-in GPS for return-home functionality and other methods- 4K HD camera with 120 degree wide angle view- WiFi camera to allow for viewing on the smartphone- Follow-me feature (it was a hit and miss in low-light conditions, but worked very well during the day)- Orbit mode allows the drone to fly in a circular pattern- Flew the drone about 400' out, and it still had signal- When I turned off the remote to simulate a signal loss, the drone actually returned home (be sure to calibrate the drone before you try!)- 2 batteries included- Included carry case, oddly, that's a rarity nowadays!- Flight time was about 12 minutes per battery, which is much shorter than the professional drones- Takes up to 32GB SD card for recording video- VR capable if the WiFi connection is strong between the drone and the headsetCONS- No object avoidance like the $500+ drones- Follow-me feature did not work very well in low-light conditionsNOTES- Per the instruction manual, you should let the drone cool down for 10 mins between flights to prolong the life of the motorOverall, I am MUCH happier with this drone. Yes, it costs considerably more than the cheap ones I had played with for the past, few years, but it's also SO FUN. Now I am contemplating on finally getting those $500+ professional drones, but justifying that high cost is difficult. Either way, this Hukkkyvit drone is one of the BEST drone purchases I have made in 2019!

Defective and No Customer Support
The media could not be loaded. *Update - Support just contacted me. They said they will provide a new drone and provide support. I will update my review after. I will keep everyone posted*Disappointing Customer Service - I was excited to get this drone after all the reviews. Set-up was straight forward including GPS. Drone responded well to the remote and phone app until I pressed the return home button. The drone went straight up and was almost impossible to control after. I turned the drone off and set it up exactly per the instructions again with same result. It did the same thing on remote and on phone app. After trying six times I realized the drone is defective. I watched a couple videos and ensured I did everything correctly.Customer Service is why I am giving this experience *One Star*-I contacted customer service per the instructions but was given another USA customer service email instead-Contacted customer service with the issue and all the information including Amazon invoice details-Customer service was very slow to respond but said I probably did not wait for GPS to locate (I did)-After explaining I did wait for GPS (lights solid) and tried 5-10 times it was a defect there was no responseBattery Charging Problem-I could not get the batteries to charge using a USB wall charger, or slow charge-Only way the batteries would charge is if I used my laptop USB to charge-I did not see anywhere in instructions that explained charing limitations-My other drones do not have an issue with charging batteriesPositive-The drone set-up, packaging, extra battery case was well done-Camera was relatively easy but found it would sometimes record split screen on it's own without it showing up on the phone during flight (Example video above)-Video is 2K not 4K video but appears to have a 4K lens for photosOverall - If you don't have any issues with the drone, or need customer service it is probably a good buy. For me I sent it back and upgraded to something with better customer service

Signal loss caused catastrophic crash on 3rd flight
Edit: 4/30/20The company reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement drone in exchange for removing my negative review.I commend the company for having the integrity to replace the drone and sincerely thank them.I've updated this review from one star to four stars as to reflect primarily their customer service and my experience with them. The drone itself is maybe 3/5 as even the replacement has me concerned. I've not yet flown it but upon inspecting the new unit, I rotated all of the propellers and the front left rotor hangs up pretty significantly. Having not flown it I'm unsure if it will effect it's flight performance, but I imagine having such a hang up (bad bearing maybe) will cause some conflict.Customer service 5/5.Product 3/5.Overall 4/5.Original Review (below)I was extremely hopeful for this drone based on the positive reviews. I even bought 4 extra pairs of blades with my order just in case! The first two flights went very well! Though it's maximum range seemed to be nowhere near as advertised, maybe 75 yards at most.My third flight out the drone completely lost signal to the remote and would not respond. It drifted aimlessly before hitting a tree and crashing to the ground. While it was working it flew very easily and I was super happy with it! It's auto hover function was fantastic and it was super easy to fly.Battery life was good, around 10-15 minutes each.Camera is NOT 4k, as is advertised. I'd say 720p at best.Overall I'm highly disappointed in this drone. Only got 3 flights in before signal loss caused catastrophic crash. That said, it only took one crash!
