Product is awesome if it wasn't defected.
The product was great until it suddenly stop working the third time using it. It was charged, and you can see the battery light full, but the motor wasn't working. I don't usually like buying large/heavy electronics online because you never know what kind of environment and handling it gone through during shipping. I gave it a try, and nope. It could also just be a single defected product. I'm not really sure, but I don't know if I want to try ordering these type of product online again.
