This pull-up bar is by far one of the best ones on the market. It is beyond sturdy and is made in a way that it doesn't damage the doorframe. With the angled design, it balances out the force placed on the doorframe. I personally wrapped the points of contact with a towel and it leaves no damage whatsoever.Regarding its ability to add to a workout, the angled bars for wide-grip pull-ups and the close-grip handles are perfect. You can pretty much get a full back/biceps workout in without needing to leave home (quarantine).The only downside is that the straps are not adjustable. If you want to use the 'TRX' style straps, they are very sturdy with high-quality carabiners to hold it all. There are handles that are great to use and effective. If you were hoping to change the length of the straps for various push movements or any unique ab exercises you will be out of luck. If you are creative, however, you can make it work and not worry.Overall: - Very sturdy. Beyond tough.- Great design that makes it foldable while strong, and due to the shape it removes the chance of damage to the doorframe. No chance of falling if used right.- Angled bars and close-grip handles make it effective for different variations of workouts- Only downside are the straps being non-adjustable, but they are built well.If you need a foldable and removable pull-up bar that can be used while stuck without a gym, click buy and don't think twice.

Excellent chin up bar. I’ve been looking for one of these. I just to have one as a kid and pressured it between a door and use to hang on it to stretch out my back and do pull ups 😂. Very well made. Sturdy, strong material! Good craftsmanship! Definitely a great buy! I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a quick workout at home.

For the price, this great. The stamps are very sturdy. They have multiple loops so you can adjust the angle of the pullups. There are hand holds for both wide grip and close pullups. There is heavy duty plastic presses against the door frame without leaving any markings.As for the portion of the bar that rests on the top of the door frame it could use some improvements. There are two rubber pieces that attach to the top portion of the door, they are made to allow for thicker door frames, however if you have a normal door frame it does put more pressure against the drywall than what I assess should be there. For example I put the bar in place and had it there for a few weeks, when I went to move it, paint came off the drywall. To remedy this, I placed some folded up toilet paper in between the drywall and the rubber, this seems to resolve any damage to the paint, but there still seems there is too much pressure against the dry wall. Since the rubber pieces are small just about less than 1" wide I think it were wide there would less potential for damaging the dry wall, especially on wood frames or older frames and drywall. Overall, it's a really good product, just needs a little more tinkering to make it perfect.

This simple yet useful home exercise tool surprises me in quite a few ways. First , the design is well-thought-out for a home environment where regular door frames it can apply onto(taking seconds to put it on or take it off). Second, it is so sturdy but it does not look & feel bulky or heavy. Third one is its versatility.--it can be used onto door frames and on floor as well. Our whole family members actually use it every day since we bought it. Salute!

Excellent design. Comes in a flat package as the hooks that rest on the door frame fold out. I admit I had reservations about using this product, as I didn't feel safe relying on the molding of my door frame to hold this in place, especially since it creaked and groaned the first time I used it. Most likely it was just settling in, as the sounds stopped the second time I used it.While the straps are not adjustable, you can adjust the height by wrapping them around the bar as I did. The workouts are incredible. I use the straps in the lowest position to do pushups. The unsteadiness of having your hands suspended in the straps rather than resting on the floor really help fire up the chest and arm muscles.

the chin-up bar component is great. easy to set-up, feels sturdy in the door frame.After reading other reviews on the fragility of the straps that come with this, I was already somewhat nervous about them. 3 uses later one of the snaps broke right at the stitch line. Luckily, I was preparing for that possibility and didn't fully face plant into the floor. I am only 150 lbs.It is a serious hazard that they even sell these straps along with this bar.

Good, solid bar. The design of this bar is better than some of the bars out there because it’s positioned in a way that makes the bar higher. The padding in the middle isn’t ideal because they slip a little after several reps but I might just cut them off eventually - so that’s really not an issue. Definitely, be sure to measure your doorway because the hook arms are pretty wide.

Super product! Came preassembled, all I needed to do was install in a door frame. It mounts higher than other previously owned chin-up bars I've owned which is a plus for my height; That made the higher price worth the money. It is a well made product with a great design. All that plus the Easy fold away design makes this product an easy purchase.
