As long as you take them consistently you will see a major change in skin and hair.

Easy to swallow and seems to be working so far. Takes a few weeks to get into your system, but then you notice changes to your skin.

I bought my 1st bottle about 2 months ago. And I I’m already on my 2nd bottle. These have my skin looking so clear and my hair has definitely been growing and healthier.
