Book was brand new and I love the formatting. I wish more professor used these types of books that are easy to read.

Not a fan
Don't like Evidence at all, but at least this book gives really good explanations. Let's hope I pass the exam next week!

Good organization and explanation
Bottom Line: Good organization and explanation, but a bit more trial practice oriented.This book is well organized and written. Each chapter has a summary section which is really helpful for review. The appendices contain the rules in full with comments and might be a bit too much content as they take up almost half the book. The explanations are a bit more trial practice oriented than theoretical at times but this has the effect of making the explanations more grounded. I never activated the ebook feature, but if you like reading on the computer instead, it seems to be a nice feature. I would recommend this book.

The series is cool but too bad the electronic version is only good for one year
I purchased the book which includes the electronic version. The three if for only being able to use the electronic version for a year. The printed copy is nice and comprehensive and easy to read. Lots of wide margins for writing. Large fonts which makes it easier to read.

Good book, but getting seriously out of date
Good book, but getting seriously out of date. Been time for a new edition for a couple of years now.
