Absolutely gorgeous!
This faucet is fantastic! It is a quality piece -- well made, heavy weighted, and extremely easy to install. The instructions are easy to follow and everything you need is present, including new water supply lines. We had everything attached in a matter of minutes. (Note: It was easy for us because we attached the faucet to the sink before installing the sink AND we had plenty of access and open space under the sink after it was installed. If you do not have similar circumstances, then the difficulty of your installation may increase and/or vary.)This faucet is one of the first things everyone notices when they walk into our kitchen and we ALWAYS get compliments. The first time they see it, they want to turn it on and play with it. . . and I always let them because I love to be entertained. I don't tell them, but I will tell you --Here's how the faucet works:The on/off switch is the lever at the bottom, it says Kraus on it. You pull the handle towards you to turn it on and to control the stream. The water comes out forcefully, so be aware of that if you turn it on all the way. Water will go flying everywhere if it hits a dish, cup, or utensil at full force. The on/off switch also controls the temperature. You will get cold water when the handle is at 12:00 (like it is in the picture). Turn the handle to 9:00 for hot water. (Or vice versa after you install yours -- hot at 12:00, cold at 9:00. All the water lines are opposite in my house.) Warm water can be adjusted as everything in between. The water is going to come out of the spout, the part that is a free arm and looks like a pot filler. It can swivel a full 180 degrees. It cannot swing past the hose when the hose is held in place by its base (as it is in the photograph). Our faucet has an additional lever on the spout. This lever controls the water source. When the lever is at 6:00, the water comes out the spout. If you squeeze the handle on the sprayer, then water will come from the spout and sprayer simultaneously. When the lever is at 3:00, water comes from the sprayer only -- no water comes out the spout. The sprayer can swivel 180 degrees as well (360 if needed). The spray is nice and strong. There is a clip on the sprayer, opposite the handle. When you want a continuous spray and you need to be hands free, squeeze the handle then slip on the clip. Voila! The sprayer will run like a shower -- non-stop flow. Whenever your sprayer is not in use, I suggest keeping it secured in its base. The chrome is easy to keep sparkling -- dried water marks and fingerprints wipe right off. This faucet is an eye-catching, tall, sexy piece of hardware. It is designed for a single hole sink. Make sure you have enough space for it -- it sits just over 29" high from the base where it touches the sink to the top of the arch in the hose housing. It goes perfectly with our country kitchen, complementing the white farmhouse apron front sink. See how beautiful it is pictured in the contemporary kitchen. Enhance your place. Put one in your house and fall in love with it too.

Beautiful, functional and well priced.
Beautiful styling. Excellent price compared to the competition. The product is heavy and solid. The valve mechanism glides smoothly with a medium to heavy hydraulic feel. It exudes expensive and luxurious. To address other peoples complaints about how the sprayer doesnt work well: All of the new faucets have to meet the 2 gpm regulations and there is only so much you can do with low flow, if you have low water pressure. I did a full kitchen remodel and had 2 of these installed for the kitchen sink and a prep sink. When I had them installed, my water regulator was defective and I had 150 psi of water pressure (my neighborhood is hilly and they have to make enough pressure to get water 300 feet of elevation higher than my house). So, when the faucet was on all the way and I hit the sprayer, it would instantly turn my kitchen into a mess. The water would hit the bottom of my 18" deep sink and come spraying back out all over the counter top and all over the walls. It would strip food off of plates like you have never seen. But at 150 psi, it was putting out 5 gallons per minute at a head velocity that is 2.5 times higher than the standard 60 psi it is rated at. It was way too much. So I got a new regulator installed and at 60 psi, it was anemic and was more like what you use to rinse vegetables than what you use to clean plates with. But there is light at the end of the tunne! I turned the regulator up and at 75 psi, the flow and pressure on the sprayer is perfect!!!

AVOID this company ... unless you are okay with poor customer service/support/warranty handling
Where do I begin. I bought this a little over 30 days ago, but had it installed about 3 weeks ago. About 1-2 weeks into it, the hot water practically stopped coming out. I paid a plumber again to come out and check the valve, it was fine... it was determine the faucet was defective. I immediately contacted Kraus ... that was 2 weeks ago. Since that time, I have been given the run around by them and their "customer service" rep, Spencer.Spencer has essentially stops replying to my emails for almost a week now. Initially, he responded once a day with a line that essentially said he needs to look into things and see if he can "resolve the issue and figure out whats going on." Yea right ... i was told to film the issue on video, which i did, and promptly emailed to him 6 days ago. Since then, i have emailed him for an update and no response. It has now been almost 2 weeks since i've been dealing with them. I basically have no hot water in my kitchen and i am on the verge of just biting the bullet and using another company, a legitimate one. Initially, he had the gall to tell me to take a wire hanger, disconnect the valve connections and try to stick it through the flex hoses to try to see if there is a clog. First of all, I am not a pro and to recommend further risk of damage is ridiculous. The faucet is practically new, it should not get "clogged" and i should not have to do that and possibly pay a plumber to make multiple appearances at $75-$100/hr.The faucet is beautiful, but i am hesitant to use this brand again, not because of quality of the item, which is hard to quantify due to just one faucet, but their customer service and warranty policy is absolutely atrocious. They deserve negative stars for that.As they say, buyer beware. Products that will be installed and kept for many years should not be bought from a legitimate, professional company that supports its customers. Again, it looks nice, but if it breaks down so quickly or has poor customer service/support/warranty, its not worth buying. At this point, the little money i saved on a faucet will now become a complete loss as i now have to buy another one, in addition to paying a plumber to come out again. What a total disappointment. If i had the faucet diagnosed and/or replaced, I would likely chalk it up to an anomaly. At this point, I cannot trust them to fulfill their obligations as a consumer product company.

Facilita el lavado para varios tamaños
Facilidad de lavado de diferentes utensilios grandes. Aunque no es muy estética, es muy funcional.

Well designed, solid feel, great price for quality and features. Cannot use both spray nozzle and faucet at the same time.
We renovated the kitchen in the summer. We wanted a faucet with both this hose style and a traditional faucet. I was skeptical about the reliability of the switching mechanism that alters the flow of water, but after 6 months of regular use, it's proven very reliable and solid feeling.I was originally surprised by the way the faucet works. The faucet runs when you turn on the flow of water, and when you squeeze the spray nozzle, it immediately shuts off the faucet and uses the sprayer. That wasn't clear from the ad, but it's a nice system once you use it for a while. It has a problem where the handle twists loose after a month or two of use. This happens because as you use the sprayer, it twists and turns slightly, and this loosens the handle. Every now and again you need to tighten the handle. This is very easy to do, but it came as a surprise the first time. I was worried it broke. For the price, I would strongly suggest this faucet. If you want the option of using both the faucet head and the sprayer at the same time, this won't do that.

Fantastic Item - Would certainly buy other Kraus products
I searched for a couple of months for a high quality kitchen faucet to replace an old Moen that broke and this item, with its generally very good reviews, kept popping up. In fact, before buying it, I bought a new Moen to replace the old Moen and I was extremely disapponted - definetly not the same quality between the old and new Moen. In any event, like most people, as soon as I opened the box and held this item I knew right away that it was the right choice from an aesethtic and quality point of view.Received on a Thursday and installed the following Saturday, and works like a charm with excellent water pressure. Absolutely no need to worry about whether solids from compactor will get washed away, there is no doubt about this with this faucet. Installation was easy, faucet works like a charm, from the main valve, to the control on the pot filler to the hand sprayer.Like a lot of people, I was worried about the size, but once installed it blends in very well with the kitchen. The reality is that even though the faucet is higher than most other faucets out there, it has a very thin profile, so it does not look huge at all. I think it looks great and, while I don't really care what others think, guests that have seen it so far also like it very much, in fact they can't stop playing with it!Note that this product is new. I installed it last Saturday (Feb 1, 2014) and today is only the following Friday. Therefore, the 5 stars reflects my preliminary opinion about this faucet, and believe me I'm picky! In any event, I'll come back in a few months and let people know how the faucet is holding up. If it continues to function like it does right now, this will be one of my best faucet purchases!Cheers!

El producto llegó bien empacado y completo
Me encantó el diseño y la calidad del grifo, ya instalado funciona bien, aunque la presión del agua es regular, actualizaré esta reseña después de instalar un presurizador.
