There are times when I just need that little extra help to fall asleep at night, when that happened I know I can always turn to this SleepTonic and within about 10-15 minutes I begin to feel the calming effects take over. These are great. They work. They make you sleepy in a relaxed way but you could still function if needed. I love them.

overall, i am very pleased with these sleeping aids. they are easy to take and kept me asleep throughout the night. Only thing, it took twice as long for me to fall asleep than suggested, but i still think they are great.
