The mats are manufactured from a 650gsm pile weight automotive needle punch black carpet, with a total weight of 2000gsm. These mats are finished with an overlocked edge (also known as serging or whipped edging), and have an anti-slip, granular backing. A high frequency welded heel pad is added to the drivers mat to enhance comfort and extend the life of the product. The mats will either be supplied with the original fixing system where applicable or otherwise with an industry standard fixing kit for the driver mat.
