This is a great tool. It attaches to the hive and allows you to place frames on it, It is a great help when doing a hive inspection.

Unlike many of the frame hangers on Amazon, this one is far heavier duty and doesn't leave me worried about it separating and dropping my full frames on the ground. The metal is a heavy gauge and the welds are substantial. It is sized for a 3/4 box wall, so if your boxes are less it's very easy to stick a couple pieces of thin cardboard under the legs to make sure it stays level.

The frame holder is very sturdy.. Way more than the one i had.

Could've been a few bucks cheaper but for around $20 its not a bad value overall. I haven't tried weighting it down with full frames of honey yet but its definitely good for making room in the hive body without having to set frames on the ground and smashing bees. Its pretty sturdy and made from quality stainless steel that won't rust and create an abrasive surface for the bees to get injured. I am going to get a second one for sure. If you are considering buying one I recommend just pulling the trigger, you won't be disappointed.
