Okay let's start with arival. I ordered the couch and loveseat. It came in 5 boxes for both. When trying to set it up we were upset because we thought there was no legs. But after fiddling with it we noticed a zipper under one of the parts and inside the sofa was legs! LOOK INSIDE THE ZIPPER AREA FOR THE LEGS. We found it easier to set up the arms first and then the back.The loveseat can be done solo but the couch needs at least two people.The height is perfect it's not too short. It's firm but still soft and comfortable. It seems well made so far. I will update my review if I notice any issues in the future.I think I can take a nap on the bigger couch but not the love seat.So far I do not regret my decision. I am very glad I ordered these.They arrived in about 7 business days. They shipped mine from Canada. Im in South Texas.Customer service was quick to try to get back with me about the missing legs. I told them I found them. I applaude the effort in trying to figure out my issue.

I bought both 3 seats and love seats together, just look so pretty in my living room. Love it!

OMG this couch is so worth it! Definitely high end glam for girls like me who love a good deal but still want something nice. Assembly took me about a hour and a half and I did it my self. The key is to be able to hook the arms and base, you just have to get it a good position. The arms a little trickier on the sofa the love seat was easier. But y’all, this couch is so worth it and I had no issues with delivery. The delivery did come in two separate orders. I got the main pieces first and then the arms and cushions. Only minor thing there was a small tear in the large couch where the parts are but that’s a minor fix and there were foot prints on my box so it could’ve happened during shipping. The couch is just as it’s depicted. Ps the pillows I was able to customize at collage.com. I def love this furniture.

I bought the couch in black and it got delivered in grey, which I was not too upset because the grey brightens up my rowhouse! It's pretty comfy and cute! However, it was a bit difficult to attach the arms to the base, kind of frustrating!!!! Also, the couch is a bit squeaky like a little mouse is inside (can get a bit annoying). Will probably end up buying a more practical couch because this one is just for show now.
