Honestly was pretty surprised by these markers.I like to use paint pens a lot, usually I buy them one at a time (generally Posca) and I wanted to get a whole set since I have been using black paper more often.I have swatched all the colors on black paper- the ink flowed readily to the tips of each one with 1-2 pumps. No overflow. The swatches were just one quick layer of color, and I am amazed at how opaque these colors are with just one pass!There are 22 regular colors (to include black and white) with nice selection of bright colors and a surprising selection of more neutral colors that can be used for skin or more realistic drawing.There is a metallic gold and metallic silver. There are also 8 glitter colors.These I have swatched on white as well as included a small video for- they do not look exactly like the lid colors, but have a silver glitter layered over a base color. For me, this is a plus- I think it looks really cool for lettering and abstract drawing (I have gelly roll pens I purchased for the same effect) but that may be a drawback for someone looking for those shades of glitter.On the black swatch sheet, those pens all came out the same, so I used it as an opportunity to see how opaque the black can cover, as well as show how fine a line it can draw.The last thing I think is cool is that the tips of the pens appear to be able to twist off, so maybe they can be refreshed with new ink/paint when they get low?Anyway, tl;dr these seem definitely worth the money.

As a long time rock painter and Posca pen snob I purchased these pens not expecting much but man was I blown away! The ink flowed without much priming. No dripping, skipping, or splattering. The ink colors were vibrant. Only complaint was ink colors were not exactly what caps would suggest, ie pink cap was red color but once you became familiar with the actual colors it didn’t make any difference. The ink dried quickly with no smudging. Spraying sealant did not cause any problems. I am not going to order any more Posca pens since these pens way out perform them - I never ever thought I would say that. I have been paying $3-6 per pen for Posca. These beat them hands down.I let a fellow rock painter try them and she was shocked and amazed too. She said the ink didn’t bleed even on a semi porous surface. She forgot to shake the pens and the ink flowed perfectly. The colors were so vibrant you could see them from across the room. We literally had each other walk 20 feet away and we could still see the colors plainly. They really popped on the black background.If you are a rock painter these are a must have!

These are great to use for painting details in wooden dolls and rocks. All the colors I have used so far and have worked well. The only difficulty I had was in figuring out which ones were the "metallic" as they aren't labeled and the cap colors don't indicate it very well. Once I figured it out, I just put a red paint dot on the cap and now there's no trouble. These are a good value for the cost and great for someone just getting into painting, like me!

I bought these to use for different projects. So far I've made some birthday cards and used them to put a face on a small statue I sculpted. They're easy to use. Portable so easy to take with you if you need to travel. Colors are beautiful and can be sheer or built up. The tip is just like a marker so very easy to control and get precision as well. I appreciate the variety of colors and the array of basic colors and metallic. They are waterproof. Shipping was fast. Simple packaging, which I appreciate. Great price and will be purchasing again as a gift.

These paint pens are so bright anf full of color. I live them on black paper.

These markers work great the first 1-2 uses and then over half became almost impossible to get any paint flow out of. I followed the directions on the box and stored them correctly. I would’ve hoped at this price they would’ve lasted longer.

I love these! I am so horrible with small details when I paint so I decided to try markers instead! These paint beautifully. They are so easy to prime and use. I only had to prime them for a few moments. They paint over other colors pretty well and you don't need a lot to get coverage. The colors are gorgeous! My only complaint is the the color title isn't printed on each pen. :( Still amazing though! In the Evil Queen painting i posted i used the pens for her crown and you can see it goes right along with my liquid paint!

These are pretty decent paint markers for the value! Most of the tips weren’t all the way in but if you push them in when you let the air out of the marker (necessary step for proper flow) then there was no issue. The tips didn’t come back out at all! The flow of the markers are good. The colors are great though they don’t match the colors on the lid. The actual colors are better then the lid colors! There isn’t color names on the markers which kinda sucked. I matched the colors the best I could when I did the swatch. None of them leaked so far either. Overall though they are great markers and I would definitely order them again!

The pens are a nice size, the tips are also a good size. The pens take a bit to get them going. Most of mine worked, except 2. They will not work. I am going to message the company and let the know. Overall I really like them.

I really like the colors and they work great if you can get the paint to reach the tip.. some work other's don't. I like the ones that do work they're great for small jobs!

Tons of colors and great for the price!!!! Long lasting...some need an extra little shaking to get started
