Very good quality stainless steel swing hangers. They are very solid and I could easily hang on them. I'm sure that one of those hangers would be enough for full size punching bag so having two of them for toddler swing is a little bit of overkill but safety first.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this to hang my daughter's baby swing, and I wanted to test its strength first, so I tried hanging on it myself before attaching the swing. It worked perfectly and felt very secure. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and performance. I'm even considering ordering another pair for any future needs, as they seem reliable for various hanging purposes.
