Excellent gluten free flour
I have used this brand for years and this rice flour is no exception for their excellent quality. Now that I need gluten free, it's even more important to have good flour for making bread, etc. The texture is fine, it mixes well, is easy to measure and use, and makes a good flour substitute for wheat flour. I will continue to buy this brand.

A very good texture rice flour!
Bob's Red Mill provides another quality product! Rice flour can be ground too fine, making it hard to work into some uses, but this flour is absolutely a perfect balance.

Awesome Fried Chicken
I love Bob's Red Mill Sticky White Rice flour for Fried Chicken. I use Kroger heavy whipping cream to dip the cut up Chicken breasts, then dredge into the flour, cook in an cast iron skillet, setting timer for 5 minutes & turn over.
