My left knee was in pain 24/7 in the other hand my wife also was suffering with pain in her sciatica. We started taking this Glucosamine together after a week she said wow!! this pills is so good! And I was thinking... Not really, my pain got worse by the day... What she is talking about?! Anyway I keep taking 2 pills a day without fail. At the end of the second week she was in love with this pills and me? No change on my pain, actually got worse. But... After nearly a month taking the pills suddenly one day I notice that I was walking with 70% less pain in my knee. And then I went back here and read some people saying about taking this pills with omega 3. Got some from amazon ( B01LXOQ54Z ) and Voilaaa!! The magic was complete! Have been pain free for 2 weeks now. So... People as my title says: May work quicker to some and slow to others, but keep on till you see your pain get less and less. I am getting my second bottle this week because I do not want to run out in couple months and experience that annoying constantly pain in my knee again.

This is my second delivery from Zenement, again it was quick and efficient. Tablets are easily swallowed, tasteless and hopefully helping with my mobility. Will order from them again. No complaints.

The last time I used a glucosamine complex it was for a knee problem, which was successful. This time not so, perhaps I was expecting too much as a general cure for joint soreness and stiffness.

Ich leide seit vielen Jahren an Schmerzen in Knöcheln, Handgelenken und anderen Gelenken des Körpers und habe im Laufe der Zeit zahlreiche Glucosamin- & Chondroitin-Präparate ausprobiert. Dieses spezielle Glucosamin & Chondroitin hat bei mir einen deutlich spürbaren Unterschied gemacht. Meine Gelenke fühlen sich beweglicher an und die Schmerzen sind reduziert – nicht nur in einem Gelenk, sondern im ganzen Körper. En primer lugar he de decir que nunca pongo ningún comentario. Este es el primero y tengo más de 200 artículos en amazon, pero este creo que merece ser compartido. Llevo con dolor de rodilla desde que tengo 15 años, y ahora tengo 25, al final me dijeron que había perdido cartilago y me decidí en base a los comentarios a comprar estas pastillas. Bien, después de 3 meses usándolas he de decir que me ha bajado el dolor a casi indoloro, puedo andar durante horas sin notar la rodilla... Antes en 10 minutos andando me dolía. De verdad que me ha salvado, voy a comprar colágeno de esta empresa porque realmente me ha sorprendido. Gracias.

The MSM content is very, very low, that's a pity. I had to go away and supplement it with MSM powder. The amount of Boswellia and Quercetin are just for show essentially (marketing!), absolutely nowhere near a therapeutic dose! The percentage of glucosamine is fine. Chondroitin could ideally be a higher percentage. Personally I take 4 a day, in two servings - which is absolutely safe as all the literature advises. In fact for real, real therapeutic effects you'd ideally need to take much more chondroitin and especially MSM, the glucosamine percentage is relatively okay. Overall, they're okay (though can't compare to separate powders of glucosamine and MSM - chondroitin is just too damn expensive to buy in separate powder form), you don't feel anything immediately or anything, it can, will, if they work, take potentially weeks and weeks, a couple of months at least but you have to start somewhere. Have been taking them for about 2 or 3 weeks. I've started buying separate powdered forms of glucosamine and MSM, higher doses and hopefully in time, better results when dealing with hip and lumbar OA and knee chondromalacia. But these are convenient! Though I'll keep them for when on the go or travelling. And moving to powdered formats instead of capsules (except for chondroitin).
