I'm very fussy and high maintenance when it comes to cases.As a school bus driver, in and out all day long, safe in my pocket, safe in my car cup holder, yet still to have buttons that Function.Plus to protect the investment of my note 8.This is it.Perfect Case?Darn closeRubbery mount that grips the edges/ corner of your screen, while keeping itVery Snug inside the tough plastic composite case.Which also has an flip out easel to watch anything you want on your phone either horizontally or vertically.Little back story before buying this extremely good case in May and buying another one July 15th I used to just buy the basic jelly cases.Well 3 paid deductibles laterAt $199 per popI decided to invest in this case to protect my phone investment.It worksOh how it works.Unintentionally I've dropped my phone three times since May.Although there is no plastic or glass screen protector the rugged corners on this case truly provide protection.I was wearing some Thin jersey shorts and forgot that my phone was in my left-handed pocket jumped into my Jeep and of course the phone fell out of my pocket and landed on the cement drivewayPhone IntactCase intactNot a scratch.Replay this episode twice, still allgood.July 4th....againPhone survived, case developed a tiny crack.So yes I'm hard on phonesHard on cases4 dropsNo more $199 deductibles out of pocket.But another case for $16Risk proof PrimeI'm all in.To Improvement I'd like to see in the future if the developers are following.1.Would love a color options besides the black Model T2.Have you considered covering this case in some sort of jelly rubbery covering, to increase its grip-ability.?All in all for the price & protection it has saved me hundreds.

This phone came in, in a timely manner and was honestly perfect at first. The case is okay to hold, not soft, but does add some weight so scrolling through instagram or any other app applies some heavy pressure if you support your phone with your pinky like I do. The fingerprint reader worked fine as it's just an open slot around the reader. It's grip on the sides makes it perfect for getting a tight grip to take photos, HOWEVER the durability on this phone case leaves a lot to be desired. The back pop up panel which you can use to make your phone stand on its own broke on the third try using it. It's held in place by a small centimeter or so long pin that only goes a small way into the case. If you dropped his phone with that out, or even without it easily breaks the pin free or the case. The part of the case that holds the pin is way too small to get any support. I placed it back in but now it's caused a tear in the case itself where the pin is held (photos attached) It's become unusable honestly and really disappointing.

I really like the style of this phone case for the note 8. I've bought this case before and I did have trouble with the case volume buttons pressing down on my phone's volume button, causing it to turn the volume up with wanting to. After about a day it fixed it self but is slightly raised but not enough to make an issue or take away aesthetics. The newly purchased case did not have the same issue as stated before. But unfortunately when using corded headphones the headphone jack is too tight for some, so that's a bummer. If they made it just a tad bit bigger.. just a little it would be perfect. Other than that it's a pretty solid case, and I'm happy with it. I've dropped my phone a couple of times and it has served it's purpose .

In terms of build quality, it seems like a decent case, and I think the kickstand on the back is kind of a cool touch in some regards (more on that below). However...Problem 1: The Note 8 has a single "rocker" button for volume and this case has 2 separate buttons for the volume. Something about the way the buttons (on the case) sit on the rocker push the 'volume up' portion up constantly. Very frustrating to open your phone and find the ringtone volume all the way up and then as soon as you try to turn it down it just goes right back up again. Kind of a dealbreaker, even for a relatively low-priced case.Problem 2: While I mentioned the kickstand is a nice touch, it adds just enough bulk to the back of the case that it does NOT allow for wireless charging. This was one of my deciding factors for changing to a more slimmed-down case. I'll likely be returning this and getting another Otterbox.

Fit is okay I I had some difficulty with the volume button fit, but worked it out with abit of molding kickstand is handy, but it's likely the reason the wireless charging does not work despite what the description says. Ended up returning item.

Good value for money. Volume buttons stuck at times for the first two days but after giving the case a bit of a flex it seemed to work itself out quickly. Kickstand on it tucks away nicely, and comes in handy when I need to watch a video hands free or distract kiddos with a video for a minute. Haven't tried it with wireless charging or NFT yet. Good value for money.

My note 8 is relatively dated, but still works. I needed a good case to help extend the lifespan. I've turned it into a security camera monitor and the stand helps a lot.

This is my 2nd Kitoo case for my Note 8, the 1st one served me for several years.
